I got a friends only sign, but i have no idea how to put it in my journal. Can anyone help me and tell me how to do that...

put this minus the space between < & i and " & >.. as well, u need to upload the picture onto a free hosting site (eg photobucket) then itll give u the url to insert. then u can just put that into ur journal

or if ur using the rich txt journal for writing, upload the pic on photobucket or some such site, then click on the little button for a picture and put the url in there.
