Yeh but surely those tools prove that he's not physically strong enough to take on Fireman Sam, if Bob didn't have those tools then he'd be screwed.
Plus Fireman Sam has a hose that he can jus stick up Bob's arse, as Lou so elequently put it.
Face it Fireman Sam is:
1: A fireman
2: Welsh and therefore must be a rugby player, he certainly looks like one.
