The countertops were re-installed on June 30. Sink is hooked back up. Dishwasher dish-washes. The only two things left to do are buy and install knobs and pulls on the cabinet doors, and put the baseboard, window, and door moulding back up

ETA: Sorry for the brain fart. I only noticed that you wrote "and I don't want to post pictures until it's completely done" after skimming the entry once or twice. Darn allergies!
