im bored!! i think i pulled a muscle in my shoulder huys. it hurts really bad!! i think i did it when me & AP were doin pull-overs & i put 15lbs on it cuz i felt it pull but i kept goin cuz i only had 5 more. gosh im such an idiot! well coach wants me to pitch. i really dont want to b/c of my elbow but i guess ill practice a little bit b/c he
