It seems most organizations bent on fostering a specific ethic tend to attract some of the more idiotic people. PETA is certainly full of its share of dickheads. The NAACP has repeatedly shown to put its head directly up their own ass. Both political parties have shown remarkable abilities in the areas of being completely stupid

In general, I think the Unitarians are ok.

The Sharehouse is a program of the Church Council of Greater Seattle, and does not suck at all.

I understand the United Church of Christ is generally non-sucky, too.
