If being bi sexual is a part of who you are, your friends should be accepting of that. If they judge you by your sexual preference and no longer want to talk to you, they aren't a real nice friend in my opinion. I lost of lot of friends out of high school, but mostly it was always for the better. You're still young, so you have plenty of time to divide up who want in your life, who you don't, and more importantly who you really are. In my opinion, I would give it a little more time before telling anyone until you are ready to withstand some heavy argument that is going to require a lot of emotional support.
