Why do my shoulders tan SO EASILY when my legs refuse to tan at all?? =(

yeah i hate it when my arms tan all crazy dark and legs do not :( *sigh* maybe its an asian thing :P

Then again, I'm half Asian and I'm lightly tanned on arms and legs. Oh wells, I guess the only thing I have to say to Bia is use a dab of 70SPF. You can buy it. Bit expensive, but possibly worth your strain.
