Here I am again, posting for the first time in almost a year! -__-
Since then...not all that much has happened. Boy, do I feel boring suddenly. Oh, well.
I've been a dutiful student since my last update, going from a sophomore to a mere 3 credits short of senior status. I'll be graduating in a bit less than a year now. =) I can barely believe what

About the age/school thing: I finished Uni with only my Speech Pathology BA (even though to practice I needed a Masters) because I was so eager to get out into the real world for a year's break after studying for so long. And once I was out, there was no going back, even though I had totally planned on travelling/teaching for only a year.
I think as long as you are happy, there's no need to worry about how quickly or slowly your degrees are being earned- although on the bright side, it is much easier to pay off student loans and start putting money down on houses and things if you're out early! Your future career choices both sound incredibly challenging- Miss Bianka, totally making the world a better place! :D
Enjoy your trip and stay safe- looking forward to hearing about it!

Thanks. That's good advice. =) As long as I'm happy, I'm still doing it right. And--shocking--I'm not going to have any student loans once I'm done. My scholarships are paying it aaall off! With the exception of books, which are all ridiculously expensive. But I do need to get into the workforce for my required year of experience to save money. Graduate school won't pay for itself. XD
Thanks again! I'm kinda worried that I may not be cut out to be a therapist, but here goes everything anyway. ;) Hee, I'm trying my best to improve the world, if only a bit.
And I'm back from my trip! Yay! It was scary, but it was fun, too. If I don't get around to making a proper entry about it, I'll just write to you! =)

So how was the trip? Any pic spam for us?

Hehe, thanks. =) There's a nice program in Georgia that guarantees a scholarship to all students who maintain at least a B average throughout high school. Depending on where you go, that can cover a lot of the tuition. Fortunately, I was able to get a few more scholarships, so I'm set for undergrad. Being a minority in the US comes with a lot of stigma, but you can get lots of money in scholarships for it. XD
And YES. I'll definitely be uploading some pictures so that you can all see some parts of Mexico, as well as talking about the trip! Thank you for reminding me. =) I'll try and do it in the next few days or so.
Sorry for such a late response! =(
