Last night's dinner, illustrated

Culinary School Co-Worker and I hung out yesterday and he decided to make chicken tomatillo stew with guacamole and homemade chips. Of course, I had to photo-document the entire thing.

(And yes, everything was as delicious as it looks.)

Yeah, it was fucking GOOD! Sometimes I feel like I should troll culinary schools for new friends and dates, 'cause damn does it pay to have friends who can cook like that! :)

Haha, of course! Although I have to admit that the recipe and most of the cooking was done by my friend. I was mostly along for the ride.
