"warning: abortion photos ahead"...

I caught the bus today at the same time, at the same stop.  It was like any other bus ride.  And then we went over Priestman Street and there was a woman with a big yellow sign and in big black letters it said:

WARNING: ABORTION PHOTOS AHEAD

And all down Regent Street were these GIANT photos (giant as in five feet high and three feet wide) of aborted

that is really sad. i always feel upset whenever i see kids forced into the same lifestyle as their parents, especially something as extreme as this.

it broke my heart. when i first saw her, i was horrified and i wanted to jump off the bus and take her to STU with me where very thing is red brick and green grass and happy, like the emerald city minus the creepy dude behind the curtain.
her sister was holding a giant photo in front of her (or what i assumed to be her sister), who looked 16.

so really, their whole anti-abortion message CLEARLY didn't get through to me! all i got was there we-force-our-kids-to-believe-what-we-want-them-to-believe message.

remind me NEVER to be one of those parents...
