Now that Aiden is one I have been really confused on weather or not I should switch from soy formula to a fortified soy milk or rice milk. He doesnt see his pediatrician until the 6th, and she seems to be very uneducated about veganism anyway. So I would really appreciate all comments on this subject. your responses mean a lot to me.

Its been a few months sorry to be such a stranger. Aiden is doing great, running in circles, slapping me in the face, but at least I can hear him call me mama every morning and only in the morning, for the rest of the day its daaadt lol. My best friend is home from med school and has been staying with us for the past 2 weeks and will continue to untill she leaves for Italy in july. Its great having her here, I miss her so much when she is away.

one problem though, she brought with her a nice contagiuos cold, and now i'm sick, very sick.
