I literally stepped off the treadmill and started writing this. I just walked 1.5 miles. Day 1 of my get healthy kick. my goal is to lose 30 pounds this summer, maybe more, but minimum of 30 and I want to lose 15 by June 26. I can do I just need to commit to exercising 5-6 times per week, 1 or 2 times per day
