In a lot of the cases I've read other, older books by the author, but not the one specifically listed.

Rats! I have GOT to read more books by Aus/NZ authors. Though I started out this year with Karen Healey's Guardian of the dead.

I should clarify that I haven't read the Gunnerkrigg Court volume in book form, but have read the online archives that include what's in that book.

I'd say that that counts, certainly. I read the paper books because I usually prefer that with webcomics, as my computer is slow and creaky.

I missed Gunnerkrigg Court - I've been reading it as the webcomic also.

Yes, but you have, like, a full-time job, and family members who live with you, and non-cat companion animals. (That's the problem with paying work: it eats in to valuable reading time!)

Still, it's not like the books go bad before you can get to them.

Oh, I keep a list of those books too, but it's hidden on paper, in a notebook -- never publicized.
