Absolutely essential in any training course. As an ex-Microsoft Certified Trainer, I'm really glad to see that on there.

Right there with you....

Just endured a retirement seminar for two days. So much fail (despite a lot of good info). One guy's humour read like he'd learned it from a book -- a car saleman's how to smarm book, of course...ick shudder!

I thought of kittens and your fox cubs when the contempt threatened to show too much on my face....

"Level 4: Expert: Can see humor in almost everything."

There is a term for people who go about chuckling randomly at nothing in particular, but I'm not sure it's "Expert".
