So basically, Snakes on a Plane accidentally managed to be the funniest movie that I have seen all year.

Highlights of Snakes on a Plane:

Man killed by stiletto from a high heal
Man has dick (which he referred to as "my big boy) bitten off by snake, and then waved said snake around yelling "Get this snake of my dick!" (The phallic symbol of it all

Samuel L. Jackson made that movie. I heard that he refused to do it if they decided to call it anything else. He knew from the start how craptastic it would be.

Other favorite moments for me:
-"gay" flight attendent turns out actually to have a girlfriend at the end of the movie
-snake writhes in joy with the lei on the floor
-Samuel L. Jackson is just so pimp throughout the movie
-way too many snakes attacking private areas
-horribly wonderful ending with Samuel L. Jackson and the witness surfing

Oh, and the entire theatre audience clapped and cheered when Samuel L. Jackson said his "motherfuckin' snakes" line. Priceless.
