That might just possibly be the absolute BEST sounding meal ever!!! I've never fried chicken in pecan dust but I have baked it! I pulverized roasted pecans in my Cuisinart (food processer, but I'm sure you knew that!) until they were almost dust and it baked incredibly! I also glazed them with a bit of honey! :)

But back to that meal ... Oh man. Will you make that for me someday???? PRETTY PLEASE? :D The only thing I'm not too familiar with is the pineapple casserole. TELL ME MORE!! :) I love pineapples!

Of course! Pineapple casserole is a combination of pineapple, cheddar, and Ritz. I looooove it.
