I saw a dead body today for the first time in my life.  It wasn't as deeply shattering an experience as I had initially expected.  The woman's body looked alive, almost like she was sleeping.  Since this was a funeral, I can only assume that the undertaker went to great lengths to have her look so well-preserved and (un)natural.  I knew this woman

I don't know why but that just seemed like the sweetest and almost prototypical 'Jeffrey Storey' thing to say, and my eyes got misty but it made me smile.
