man i havent updated in forever the other day i didnt want to go to trak so i just went to the weight room but then coach hamen came and he got all pissed like "if u want to be a part of the trak team then forget the weights and go get to practice" then stupid serg said we had to leave early and didnt say anything else so i had to make up the story
