So what do you think of your spinning class? I took a free RPM class (same as spinning) at my gym and it was great! The first several minutes I wasn't sweating at all and thought "wow, I must be in good shape," but then boom! We did speed drills and lots of hills, and I was sweating so bad that I used every inch of my towel, and then my sleeves! The only thing that would keep me from taking that class more than once a week would be that my "butt bones" were incredibly sore the next day! Ouch :)
