Dinner:
-broken lasagne noodles with sauteed turnip greens, leek, sausage and rosemary.
-Half a bottle of oatmeal stout.
Saturday
Breakfast:
-banana
-two cups coffee
-scrambled eggs
-orange
Lunch:
-two small carne asada tacos at a mexican meat market, with onion, cilantro and salsa
-horchata to drink
Snack:
-half a carrot
-lemon sparkling water
Dinner:
-one large dungeoness crab
-serving of cabbage and rye panade (contains cabbage, rye bread, leeks, sage, juniper berries, gruyere cheese, and a vegetable broth with more sage and lots of garlic)
-a bit of salad.
-one beer
-two glasses red wine
Dessert:
-black walnut ice cream in a sugar cone.
