So, I'm the new business reporter for the paper. I work in the city. There's a lot of busy-work associated with the job, but I'm learning a lot and I get to take a lot longer to work on my stories. We'll see how it goes.

Meantime, I'm enjoying summer in San Francisco and taking a streetcar to work!

I am really enjoying Japan. There is less shit here, in every sense. The streets are clean. People are polite to bumbling tourists. And I've had two bowel movements in four days here. I think it's the salt ( Read more... )

The johari thing is an interesting bit of fluff. I had thought I was less "searching" than I was in earlier life, but it seems to be my standout quality. Still soul-hungry, I suppose.
