i am awesome because today i taught myself to knit! and i am knitting a pink thing that will eventually be a scarf. again: awesome.

have ya'll heard of Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab?

I love vegetables. I've been steaming these massive bowls of kale, squash, and cauliflower and eating them all weekend. I just made a big bowl of steamed veg with stirfried tofu w/ paprika, Braggs, and black pepper for lunch. I'm sure that sounds hopelessly boring but I'm super into it.

I would like to issue a request for music recommendations, specifically very, very heartrendingly sad music. I'm in the mood.

goddammit, as soon as i walked in the back door olive ran out and went under the deck. i'm so fucking tired, i just want to go to bed. i do not want to stand in the dark calling for the cat, who is no doubt laughing at me from her cozy spot beneath my feet. hopefully she'll come back in the morning? stupid cat!

today i went to galveston and ate fried things and saw a 3D imax about sharks. my dog is a nerd and i am going to go play with him now.
