First off, livejournal's not a good place to do this.

1) I didn't "ditch" you. I felt like I needed some distance between us because I was seeing--really and truly seeing for the first time--a part of you that worried and totally frightened me.

2) What secrets? I've never kept anything from you; you're the one person who's always known it all.

3) I care as much about what you think as I do what anyone thinks. But that's nothing new.
