[He isn't certain what to say at first, since he's had horrifying dreams such as this. However, he decides to try comforting the man as best as possible.]

Maestro Salieri?

[Frederic said he wouldn't pry anymore and kept his word, though he speaks Salieri's question then promptly replies.] Whenever all of you are ready, I will come by the opera house to rehearse then.

I hope we shall be ready within the next few days. Admittedly, I believe I shall be content when it is over.

I am rather curious though, what are our future plans for the opera house?

Hopefully to have operas performed there. Perhaps ballets and concert series as well, depending on the repertoire we acquire.

That would be a sight to see, perhaps one day we will be able to do everything.

Agreed. I hope we one day have the musicians to offer a wider range of music. [he only means classical music, really--he's not very aware of other types]

[Salieri blinks at that] What is it?

What was the exact date and year for you before coming to this place? I know you said before that the name Franz Liszt was unfamiliar to you, so I'm assuming that you're from a time before mine.

1786. [Salieri glances over to him] ...and you?

1849. [He is truly much further ahead in time than Salieri.]

[he pauses to digest that]

...that is certainly a time discrepancy.

So it would seem, it's also rather strange to know you are from my past and I am from your future.
