...is called Three Funerals and a Wedding. My grandmother died this morning at 6:15. She was four months away from 92 and had only one kidney left. Well, her kidney began failing her and was complicated with congestive heart failure

It's weird comforting a parent through the loss of their parent. I was with my mom when her mom passed (her dad passed 10 days earlier), and it was devastating to watch.

On the plus side, like you said, you know she's not suffering anymore, and it sounds like she lived a good, long life.
