Like I said, I think you would be great for that. Ditto on baeyear though. Do you have a location? Supply line? Business plan? Partners? etc.

Just as a side note, Little Five is a hard place in which to succeed. I've seen so many businesses come and go there, it's clearly a tough place. Can it be done? Absolutely. Do I think a toy store would fit in there well? Yes, assuming that the toys are unique and fun, and not the sort of thing you can get at Kmart. I just think there would need to be a lot of prep work and financial planning in order to make it a success.
