I think that the real issue here is that Best Buy is currently in posession of your heart and soul. The way that I see it, that clearly falls under your computer warranty and qualifies as the mythical 4th time that you've had to send it in- what I'm saying here is that they need to promptly return your heart and soul all wrapped up with a brand new computer. You see how this makes sense, I hope- I'll be glad to have the same discussion with them and do some convincing. After all, I do have lawyer in me.
