...Why is there a young girl chained to me? Does this happen all the time here? Wait... We spoke over the comm, didn't we?
It's Lain, right?
[There's a pause as the man tries to gather his thoughts. He's at a total loss for what to do.]

You're really tall!

[This is awkward. He doesn't really know what to do or say while someone other than his brother is this close to him. Especially a young girl.]
I already tried to break the chains while you were asleep, but it didn't work. I could've used my Dual hound, but it was taken from me.
Do things like these happen very often?

[Lain looks down at the handcuffs with interest.]
I wonder how this is possible?

[His hand looks gigantic next to hers. He frowns. And Kadaj-brother wanted him to kill her? He's having conflicting thoughts, and he bites his lip in confusion.]

[She shrugged, but it wasn't without a hint of uneasiness. This was Kadaj's brother, after all.]

[He pauses. Was he really going to disobey his little brother?]
I don't want to hurt you. Kadaj-brother says to, but...

No...
No, you're different. You are.

[Remembering his earlier, heated conversation with his brother, Loz felt the tears begin to well up in his eyes. It's a grown man crying... in front of a young teenager.]

...what's... wrong?

Brother was far more important than anyone else. And his word must be followed.]
I have to do this. I'm... sorry.
[Using the hand that is connected to hers, he reaches down and wraps his large digits around her thin neck.]

[Her eyes widen as his hand tightens around her throat, and she grabs at it, panic spreading across her face. It's strange, though... her reaction is actually very different than someone who'd actually be suffocating. It's more like intense worry than fear.
And then her voice rings out in his head, speech without sound.]
Hm, this feels... familiar.
[It's Lain's voice, but she sounds amused more than anything. In starck contrast, her fingers pull at his grip weakly.]

Please, just... Don't resist. This will be easier on both of us.

[Is that voice even coming from Lain? She definitely doesn't sound gleeful at all, or even aware that she's "speaking". Pulling on his wrist harder, she starts to squirm on the bed, trying to get away from him as her face begins to turn red.]
This should MAKE it... MUCH EASIER for ME.

[The voice is gleeful, but Lain herself doesn't actually look happy. She manages to make the tiniest noise of terror as he forces her down, still futilely struggling to break away from him, but in less than a minute she's gone motionless.]
