Hi folks, while MDA jail was better than most (better food and cleaner people) I'm glad that I didn't have to stay long. Thought that I would post my mug shot for folks to admire ;)

I didn't have to stay in long, about an hour. Long enough for lunch and to make a few phone calls.

Way to get involved in a cause! Did they put you in your own cell or did you have to interact with strangers? (*shudders at the thought*)

Oh, it was terrible!! OK, not really. The cell was a single wall made of pvc pipe and painted. The "lock-up" was in a big hotel conference room with food, drinks and cell phones (so you can try to raise more money). Weird thing, during the van ride back to work I discovered that of the 5 people on board (counting the driver) that 3 of us (including me) were born or grew up in Maine. How weird is that?
