yearbook signing last night was fun, but I realized that a lot of people that I wanted to sign mine wouldn't be there because they're north students. What a bummer. Hopefully I'll get them to sign it over the summer sometime.
still hopeful for tonight...
This party is old and uninviting; Participants all in black and white; You enter in full-blown technicolor; Nothing is the same after tonight; If the world could fall apart; In a fiction-worthy wind; I wouldn't change a thing now that you're here; Love is a verb here in my room; Here in my room; Here in my room; Yes love is a verb here in my room; Here in my room; Here in my room; You enter and close the door behind you; Now show me the world seen from the stars; If only the lights would dim a little; I'm weary of eyes upon my scars; If the world would fall apart; In a fiction-worthy wind; I wouldn't change a thing now that you're here; Love is a verb here in my room; Here in my room; Here in my room; Yeah love is a verb here in my room; Here in my room; Here in my room; Pink tractor beam into your incision; Head spinning as free as Dervishs' whirl; I came here expecting next to nothing; So thank you for being that kind of girl; That kind of girl; That kind of girl; That kind of girl; That kind of girl; That kind of girl; That kind of girl; That kind of girl; That kind of girl; That kind of girl; That kind of girl; That kind of girl...
[edit]: I love being a frikken nomad or whateverthe eff I've become... I brought Brian Rheault home after senior night last night, then went home and looked at the yearbook and pondered stuff/tried not to be sad about how I may not see certain people EVERY DAY anymore. Then I bopped around the house doing I don't even remember what, then left for B&N around 9:00 to get some GC's for some teachcers... then it seemed that nobody was really leaving very quickly, so I figured they'd be open till like 9:30 or somethin, so I went and looked at the mags there. And of course, I pick up Sport Compact Car and start reading it/wishing I wasn't going to college so I could (have money to) make a project car of my own. I read about this guy that used to toy around with like civics and other typical tuner cars, then he decided he was getting too old for that and bought something that would treat him better... a G35 Coupe!! And he brought it to a garage and basically told the guy he wanted this 270- hp luxo-sporty coupe to have 1,000-hp by the time they were done... and apparently now it's up to 505 wheel-hp. Also read about how somebody took a civic EX coupe and made it into his own type-R since Honda hasn't sold type-R's in the US since 2001 and won't start very soon... Gah, I'm such a wannabee car nerd, it sickens me... and then I realized it was like ten and went home... and now I gotta go get some exercise in hopefully BEFORE it gets unbearably hot...
