I sent you an email, yesterday. Nothing special. Don't know if you got it.
I have just finished a re-read of "Gone".
I had forgotten what a beautiful and poignant story it was !
It was every bit as lovely reading it this time, as when I first read it.
Just what I needed for a rather melancholy mood.

I hope the weather cools off a bit, for you.
It's been throwing it down with rain, for several days in a row, here.

I am a little late here, but I want to wish Happy 4th to you and your family and to all my US friends over there. I am leaving tomorrow to our summercottage for two weeks. You asked how my son is doing, so nice you always remember him. He is doing just fine and he is going with us(my daughter's family), and he is allowed to take his son with him for two weeks. W

We are happy to spend time together without nothing to planned ahead. Here in Finland we have had many really hot days, today it is cloudy and cooler, but no rain.
