Scarfs outdoors, turtlenecks indoors. Besides, a turtleneck is like a sweater and a scarf combined into one piece of clothing. So much more convenient. And cute. Expecially if it's pink.

Turtlenecks are not gay. Jeff wears some mock turtlenecks. If you were wearing lace, I might be concerned. But I have no issues with turtlenecks.
