I have this coworker that calls me about once a week to ask stuff (his office to my office). I always answer very politely. Today I decided to spice things up by answering "[company name] Mental Ward, how may I help you?"

Naturally this had to be the one day he wasn't alone in his office and had the speaker phone on...
