Snow makes frozen corn

It was supposed to rain all day today. Instead we got snow... on March 30th! I just had to make sure this will never be forgotten, hence the post (also, I had to prove the people who claim I only post once every two years wrong). What do you do on a day like that? You deep-clean and re-arrange the kitchen, of course.

Despite reading this yesterday, I was still stunned to drive into a snow storm on my way to work today. Note to self: if Mike posts twice in a week, pay attention!
