i just got a call from that number today too was some kinda phone relay for the hearing impared and they left me a vulgar message and shit call was at 1 30 exactly kinda freaky

(612) 524-0455 is apparently a TTY phone number - you know, for the little typing machines deaf people use. Your journal was the only Google result that said anything about this (and that wasn't spam.) Do you know anyone deaf? I sure don't...

Hey I had the same thing happen to me tonight from the same number, I called back and got a fax sound, 2 different people called me from this number, I asked who was trying to relay a message, and they wouldn't tell me. I called my cell company and they are searching into it.
