So I'm currently at 150 pounds. That means I've gained 25 pounds in just over 2 years. Not ok. Really really not ok. Especially because I'm not exercising at all

despite what many say, carbs are necessary for life. i recommend eating a loaf of bread a day from wollastons (89 cents in the back...fresh-baked). if you keep it to only eating this for carbs for a day, it is healthy and not bad. i sound way too serious thusfar. toenail parades eat my asparagus!
yeah, i realized after i posted this that there was no way i could eat only fruit and vegetables the rest of my life. it just doesnt cover enough of essential parts of the diet. i just need to eat like whole wheat bread, and a controlled amount of it. as for other important things, like protien, im gonna eat grilled chicken and pork for that. maybe eggs sometimes. did i miss anything that i should add?
eat nuts too, they might have fat in them, but it's good fat. and as for the bread, eat whole wheat bread, it's the best for you. peanut butter and jellys are a staple in my diet. baby carrots and fat free veggie dip as a snack...terra chips makes some sweet veggie chips that are a great replacement for potato ones. Oh yea, and progresso makes some pretty sweet veggie soups. Hope that helps. oh yea and yoga rules you should come with me sometime. a little excercise makes a big difference and even helps to make you want to eat healthy.
