- 1 packet cinnamon raisin oatmeal
- 1 banana
- string cheese
- FF key lime yogurt
- hard boiled egg
- small box of raisins
- 2 pieces of eggplant parm (homemade, very yummy, and fairly healthy!)
- 2 thin slices garlic toast w/ low fat mozz cheese (very little- maybe 1 tbs. shredded?)
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat spaghetti
- medium (1 1/2 cups or so) low fat peach frozen yogurt
not too shabby :)
didn't do anything for exercise today. tomorrows a gym day though!
