today is my off day from work so i'm not working out today. i'm going to tomorrow at around 2pm so if u wanna tag along, then its cool.
my diet consists of this: morning: eggs and bacon with slice of wheat bread then alternate next morning with either 2 frozen pancakes or 2 eggos cup of orange juice
lunch *should be more than 4 hrs later* : ham cheeze sandwich on two slices of wheat bread or ramen noodles with chopped up hot dogs chips *any kind* pudding or fruit cup for dessert
dinner *should be before 7pm* i usually do whatever i can think of like mixing green beans with chicken meat or tuna with macroni! i can do more but i don't want ot reveal my whole secrets :-d!
do this for two weeks and yer guaranteed to lose at least 15lbs!!!
