well well it sounds like we have some anger issues. there are people out there who can help you with this. people with medical degrees. you can lay on their couches and talk about your problems, because you obviously have problems. using the "f-word" is just not nice and not necessary, so please, in the future, vent on a pillow or inatimate object and dont use profanity. thank you and have a wonderful life :)
