There's always that writer's block thing on the home page, too. It seems people are paying less and less attention as the social networking and more instant gratification sites take hold. It's too bad. A lot of my friends page has writing talent that now gets ignored. As if I'm one to talk, I guess. But keep at it. Sometimes it's just good to have a place to put your thoughts.

interesting - 39 scared me more than 40, that is strange. I take it you are interested in writing. me too. I have the talent, but I can't find my motivation. I have pieces of stuff all over the place, but can't get the plot thread. people always say, just write, but stream of consciousness writing won't give me what I want. do you have your motivation?

I had a great time meeting you and G. It was worth missing my connecting flight! (Although I have to admit, I was relieved when none of the other people on stand by showed up for the last flight to Louisville, KY, so I had a seat on that flight!)
