wells still no news on the job front, but today marks the start of my health drive after the doctor basically informing me am fat, and almost collapsing on Sunday with asthma attack ( Read more... )

Combine the press-ups etc with cardio otherwise you won't see any significant difference. Even just brisk walking (30 mins of being slightly out of breath each day) is a good start.

yeah been thinking that may pick up a skipping rope, since it means I don't have to go outside.
