Okay so as of Wednesday I'd hit my target weight of 12st 6, sure at the wedding(which was awesome) and days after I've put a bit back on but I can lose that by getting back to the gym this week

Ive been wondering about yoga as im no where near as supple as i used to be, my joints are ok but doesnt mean i cant be pro active so any tips on yoga would be helpful (that dont include classes, im just looking for something to just loosen me up a bit).
Grats on the general loss and fitness though! Definately see the difference.
