The New Year

OK the new year as normal brings with it doing new years resolutions. So lets have a look at last years, and see what I'm trying to achieve this year shall we.


Last years :

By April have my driving licence : Not completed
By May lose the remain 2.8stone I have to lose : Completed

At start back climbing and find Mauy Tai classes. I've climbed a bit and done some Mauy Tai but need to do more of both.

SO about 50% completed not toooooo bad

This year:

Get my driving licence sorted : So need to get back to having some lessons
Get body fat down to under 10% : Need to cut out the carbs & sugars again for a while
More climbing and Mauy Tai: Will be getting shoes and harness for my bday so I can climb for less
Also more Yoga to strength by joints and increase flexibility: Need to start making an effort to get up before work and do this.

aaaannnnddddddd finally the hardest one

Move on: Y'all most likely know what I'm talking about. I'm still finding it hard to move on, really thought it was going to be something that it turned out it wasn't. But I'd like to thank all my friends who've but up with my emo bull crap over the past few months y'all be great. I will be trying to return you to your normally scheduled programmes as soon as we can.
