So I'm picking up the guitar again.  My dark secret is that I'm a frustrated musician and I've always wanted to play the guitar.  I had a bit of a bash at it a couple of years ago, but gave it away from frustration.  I reality I successfully convinced myself that I didn't have the talent to play.

Three days playing from out of the box and these strings still don't need tuning!. I feel heartened that I can still be pleasntly stunned and amazed in my advanced stat of cynicism.

Ok - haven't practised much while I've been sick. But have worked out how I'd like to play it. Just have to get there.
