have you ever felt like the world is gonna swallow you whole, and spit you back, and then throw you in the trash. thats how i feel right now, i've been feeling that way for awhile now, and im afraid. Well...moonsinger and I miss you. I wish we got to see you guys more often, but living in Houston makes that tough.

Sometimes you just have to tread water until you can get your bearings again...but you can do that so keep treading and things will change and then you can take stock of where you need to go.

You're just going through a rough patch right now. Everybody has them. And they do suck. So so much. But I'm sure you'll get through it soon.

Just so you know, hon, I consider you a friend and you are one of the people I really like seeing and enjoy hanging out with when I go to SA or if you visit here. I think you're cool and have a great sense of humor. I have been through some of the emotions you're describing--I get lonely a lot living in Houston and often feel like people don't care about me because of that. I have insecurities about my creative stuff (writing and music), and sometimes I doubt my intellectual capabilities. I also have had some health issues really get me depressed as in I want to sleep all the time and nothing interests depressed. The only thing I can tell you is if you feel that despondent then you should 1) go to the doctor and tell him your health issues as well as the depression. It's possible your health issues could be pushing you towards it (People suffering chronic health issues often suffer from depression). 2) Find something, anything that you enjoy and do it (as long as it is harmful to you or anyone else ( ... )
