Well I suppose this will work.
Stupid bastards. I just basically decided, "screw it." and reinstalled my XP, which seems to have fixed my issues...for now...and hopefully for good. I was just praying the whole time it was loading that my computer didn't lose anything important due to a virus or something. All is better as far as my stupidity is concerned. Well. Mostly, LOL
