Well, before I post the rest of this crap I'm about to spew, just to let you know, I'm extremely happy right now. I have a great life, great family, great friends, and its all amazing. its probably nothing coming from me but, you are a good guy no doubt, been there for alot of us when we were down, help me with alot of shit over the years, no lie. You are a people pleaser yeah, but lets face it who isnt.
As far a djing goes, dont second guess yourself man just do it. you are good at it, and if it fails as a career it fails, not the end of the world you know. at least youll be able to say you did it, and that it was something you really enjoyed doing. No worries No regrets.
when it comes to a band, youve been there before, like when we played for PHS you and i pushed that low brass section so hard, they fucking hated it but in the end it worked out for the better, they didnt see it, but it was there. Plus , no progress comes without a nudge or sometimes a punt in the right direction.

Just my opinion, so like i said probably not much.

Well, anonymous poster (although I have a good hunch who I think you are), the only thing I see wrong with any of it is this: If I try the DJing thing, and it doesn't work out, yeah, I may have enjoyed it, but I wasted $16,000 on something that just "didnt' work out"...there lies the dilemma.

Oh, I'm gonna do it...its just one of the many things that randomly snakes into my head when I have too much time to think about things.
