• Kind of tense getting used to each other at first, based on previous situations, but they persevered.
• When Cloud left, Zack didn't know what to do.  He was pathetic and lonely.
• Boyfriend, though it may have been rushed, in hindsight.  Zack still hadn't figured his own feelings out completely.
• Ex-boyfriend not long after.  It hurt Zack and he was angry at himself and Cloud, but he realized that things hadn't meshed well.
• Boyfriend, lover.  Zack had been thinking, scary thought that that is, and realized it wasn't loneliness that called to Cloud, but a desire to be with Cloud.
• Girlfriend.  For a week.
• Faolan's "dad."
• Soulmate.
