after 20 years of working every holiday except three, my fondness for them in general has waned.i work my ass off,always stressed over money,WANT TO FALL OFF THE PLANET,to no avail.my pastry chef has quit(no big loss,but it IS the holidays)and i will lose a third of my kitchen to vacations and long term leaves

I just found out I am going to end up with five days off for christmas, friday through tuesday. Sucks. If I had know I would have went home. But not really because I came home for eight day, which is better than five anyway.

well i didn't want to overstate the obvious.i am so looking forward to your visit.i wish that it was longer,that i wasn't working the entire time,ect. what things do you wish to eat ,besides butt cake?i guess you have had enough tamales and mole.how about panuchos?
