All Marian said was, "I listen when people talk. Now, will you help the Night Watchman, or will you not?" There was a finality about her question, as if his answer would change everything between them, one way or another.

Wow, this conversation between Guy and Marian, I really had to go back and reread parts of the prologue to see again how much Elaine's presence changed everything. Love how things are a bit topsy turvy here with the NWM leading the charge and Guy being the lending hand! :O Really love how this is going!
